Refund and Return Policy

At Dr. Jash Desai – Tradition | Science | Transformation, we are committed to delivering authentic knowledge-based services including hypnotherapy sessions, workshops, courses, webinars, spiritual research programs, and educational materials. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Services (Hypnotherapy, Consultation, Coaching Sessions)

  • All one-on-one sessions (online or offline) once booked are non-refundable.

  • If a client wishes to reschedule, a minimum 24 hours prior notice is required.

  • Missed appointments without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid proof.

2. Workshops, Webinars & Live Events

  • Registration fees for workshops or live events are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • In case of event cancellation by our team, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

  • If a participant is unable to attend, access to recorded sessions (if available) may be provided instead of a refund.

3. Digital Products (Courses, E-books, Recorded Programs)

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Once access is granted, no cancellation or refund will be issued.

  • If there is a technical issue in accessing content, our support team will assist promptly.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

  • Physical books or materials may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged during delivery.

  • Refund will be processed after inspection and approval.

5. Payment & Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

  • Transaction fees (if any) charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy or in cases of misuse, repeated refund claims, or violation of terms.
